It's incredible. So many journalists, friends and supporters came to the presentation of the Team Veranda Rideau U. I had a photo taken 100 times. Now I am really motivated for this season and for now everything goes well. I put a few photos. The quality isn't really good nevertheless you can imagine what the event looked like.

taping for cyclists

If you have a knee ache, there is a new method of treating it which is called taping for cyclists. It's a system of putting some plasters on your knees which aim is to make the knee less fragile and to make the tendons less tense. Apparently it works because after such treatment I feel better.
