How to climb better

A lot of cyclists think that to climb better you have to be born in the mountains but that's not true. Of course people who are born in the mountains have an advantage but you can do some exercises which imitate the mountains. The most popular one is to climb one hill a couple of times. For example I often climb a hill which is about one km in length. I repeat it from ten to twenty times. I can tell you, after this training I'm exhausted.
