One of the best form of season preparations is mountain biking and mountain bike races. If you are tired of road cycling after a long season, mountain biking gives you a superb opportunity to practise your favourite sport in a different way. You can train your endurance speed and strength, however you must be careful. Today I've fallen down. Fortunately nothing serious happened but it might have been worse.
